I Have Fear, Anexity, Sleeping Problem. So My Doctor Advised

I have fear, anexity, sleeping problem. So my doctor advised to take tablet. I am taking Szetalo plus 10mg and zolcalm 5 mg for the last four years based on his advice. 2 years back I got married. I couldn't able to involve in my sex life. If I stop taking tablet, after 2 days I can able to enjoy my sex life. But again sleeping and anxiety troubles me. Please advise.
