I Have Fecal Stones With White Sesame Seeds And Mucus.

I have fecal stones with white sesame seeds and mucus. Some float. Following excerpting these stones I often then have a more normal bowel movement, so the fecal stones seem to be separate? Tested negative with stool test for helmiths. Had a few palups but other than that a normal colenoscpy. Not sure what to do now.
