I Have Feelings That Surge Through My Hands, Arms, Legs,

I have feelings that surge through my hands, arms, legs, and feet that feel like lightening bolts. I also have progressively worsening pain in my knees and ankles. Most days I can't even walk anymore. I'm 34 years old and have always been healthy until this year. In the last 10 months I have lost about 70 lbs. I have no appetite and very little energy. Any ideas what's going on with me? I don't have any health insurance so any help would be much appreciated....
