I Have Felt A Lump In The Base Of My

I have felt a lump in the base of my throat for a couple of weeks now and a small lump knot under my left armpit around the same time. The one in my throat does hurt. The one in my armpit was tender at first, but not now. I am feeling like my arms are heavy and more tired.
