I Have Felt Extremely Tired For The Last Two Months.

I have felt extremely tired for the last two months. Have been treated twice for Lyme disease. Last week, I came down with a cold. Fever for one day and lots of nasal mucous and coughing up clear, bubbly phlegm. Yesterday I developed pain in my right chest. It occurs mostly when I lie down. Don't seem to have shortness of breath.
