I Have Felt Ill The Last Couple Days. Started With

I have felt ill the last couple days. Started with body ache and sore throat. Now I have pain in my left cheek, sinuses are very uncomfortable on left side, and large canker sore inside left cheek causing severe pain. Left eye feels stressed from pressure. These symptoms have been ongoing for 3 days with little signs of improvement. What is causing this?
