I Have Felt Sick For The Past Couple Days (feeling

I have felt sick for the past couple days (feeling like I'm going to throw up and bad stomach pain) and just recently it became a bit hard for me to breathe. I have been using the bathroom more often than I usually do and I still have to go and the stomachache is still there... Should I be concerned?
