I Have Felt Unwell For Months Now, Very Tired And

I have felt unwell for months now, very tired and spells of vomitting. I am always hot, especially at night. I went to see my doctor with extreme back pain. I have had blood tests which show increased kappa light chain
And have had a MRI which showed a lesion in my vertebrae and have been told to have another MRI in 3 months. My doctor is great and l believe she thinks it maybe a blood cancer but has been told by the haematology doctors they are unable to offer an appointment for assessment at this time. Can you please advise.
