I Have Fibromyalgia . I Also Have Arthritis In My

I have fibromyalgia . I also have arthritis in my lower back and spondeolosis. I had MRI s done recently on knee and wrist. Apart from arthritis in knee I also have cartilage. Arthritis in wrist and hand. I do not have a medical card and do not have any Medical insurance cover. I would consider paying for an initial visit but would have to go publuic for any surgery. Is this possible. I have been attending Dr. Foley Nolan in Waterford as a public patient. I was attending Dr. Liam Conroy, Pain Specialist in Mercy Hospital until he retired in Jan January 2015.
