I Have Fibromyalgia And Was Prescribed Meds To Help. I

I have fibromyalgia and was prescribed meds to help. I stopped taking these meds almost a year ago but haven't told my doctor . Just got there of taking so many pills . But I am there of hurting all the time too. So I think I'm going to start taking them again should I be OK to do so. I have been having new pain this last two days in my neck kind of under my jaw bone on the left , thinking it's because of the fibromyalgia as it was one of the oppitions on the list of could be s in the check your symptoms spot on here. Sorry question is should I be OK starting up the meds after a year of not taking
