I Have Fibromyalgia But I Am Experiencing Severe Back And

I have fibromyalgia but I am experiencing severe back and abdominal pain. It is aliviated briefly by a hot bath but returns. I also have some mild nausea. It has been this severe yesterday and today, but has been building for a month. Winter and the cold is always a bad time of year, but this is the worst. Not sure what to do? I have had firbromyagia for 26 years, so I have had other difficult times, just not sure if this is something else?
