I Have Fibromyalgia Diabeetus Severe Neuropathy Which I Have Learnt

I have fibromyalgia diabeetus severe neuropathy which I have learnt to live with my stomach has blown up lm 9 months pregnant ti is really hurting me under my left rib cage and left groin I have a sore throat and cannot swallow things almost like there's a pouch that food is sticking on 2 I'm having cramps in my stomach this is making me very depressed can you help me I already suffer with asthma diabeetus fibromyalgia and very bad neuropathy in my hands and feet thank you really look forward to hearing from you
