I Have Fibromyalgis And A Couple Of Days Ago It

I have fibromyalgis and a couple of days ago it flared up , I went to the doctor and got a flu shot yesterday and last night I was in extreme pain all over my body, nausea, diarrhea, chest pain and trouble breathing, is it just my fibromyalgia flaring up or something else? The pain and weakness is mostly on one side of my body only.
