I Have Fibrymolagia. I Am Experiencing Burning Pain In Lower

I have fibrymolagia. I am experiencing burning pain in lower legs and numbness. I have extremely sore lower back and tops of legs I am experiencing pain. Tops of shoulders mid way across to neck also painful. Last time I had a bad attack I was confined to a wheelchair and loss of appetite resulted in 17 kg weight loss. I have not experienced numbness in feet before and have been using revititive circulation booster machine. Electronic impulse with tens attachment. Would this circulation booster help or aggregate my condition.
