I Have Five Pins In My Broken Foot That Should

I have five pins in my broken foot that should be coming out in three weeks. It looks good but one pin has turned down some towards the bottom when first done was pointing up. Do they move when they are healing. Is this normal ? There is no redness or pain but was wondering. Thank you
