I Have Flakes On My Forehead And Dry Patches On

I have flakes on my forehead and dry patches on face close to the left eye.I applied candid cream to clean the fungus.This flakes are coming out close to the hair growing parts above the forehead.I consulted dermatologist.the doctor has given mild steriod cream to apply in the night.but it is recurring .can you help me to cure.I am afraid it is not psoriasis
