I Have Flank Pain On Both The Left And Right

I have flank pain on both the left and right side upon waking. This typically wakes me up overnight between 3-5AM. I will be stiff and find deep breathing slightly difficult. These symptoms gradually goes away as the morning progresses.

Additionally, there is intermittent blood on my stool (seemingly on, not in). The blood is bright red, not dark red.
