I Have Flap Of Extra Skin Under My Tongue That

I have flap of extra skin under my tongue that is long and the top of it is white. I also have 1big giant patch that is white, yellow, and very glossy. There is also a smaller patch on the opposite end of the flap but between that patch and the flap there were 2 small bumps that had white heads, which I tried to bust but they wouldn't pop, matter of fact they were hard to the touch. The bumps have now combined and turned into a yellowish patch.....nothing I do seems to help and this is EXTREMELY PAIN FULL!!! I went to the doctor and he is even stumped. What can I d?
