I Have Flea Like Bites All Over Me, All Over

I have flea like bites all over me, all over my legs that have scabbed, they're itchy and some times can be sore, they have been here for the last month? I get them sometimes all over me (stomach, legs arms, bum and back! ) I have 2 dogs and they're all up to date with fleaing, I'm the only person getting these bite type things! What are they? And what can they be caused from? I also have a photo but won't let me attach
