I Have Floading Head Aches At Different Times During The

I have floading head aches at different times during the day. It usually starts on the top part of the neck and moves up into the head with pain on the left side of the head. Also my head feels like it is floading I am not dizzy or blurry vision. I also had stomack pain and nausea all the time. Is floading head and stomack pain related. I have had a brain MRI and Neuerogoly Dr said nothing abnormal.
