I Have Flu Like Symptoms But Went To Clinic And

I have flu like symptoms but went to clinic and tested negative for flu. I get chills and slight fever in the evening and sweat it out and then ok till next evening. Also have slight sore throat,Been taking ibuprofen several times a day. Like to know what to take for this, thank you, Tony
