I Have Flu Like Symptoms...all Joints Except Knees And Ankles

I have flu like symptoms...all joints except knees and ankles ache... fingers included, no nausea, low level temp..... and very weak for 24 hours... now better, running bowels...I know what that is from...problem working itself away.

Just curious what I may have...
