I Have Fluid In Lower Right Lung Following A Microwave

I have fluid in lower right lung following a microwave ablation of HCC 3+wks ago. I have been hospitalized 3 times in 3 weeks and have been tapped 3 times.
Has bad reaction to furosemide and was in ER for observation 2 days ago. Yesterday very very tired after exercise
Woke today and unable to stay awake. Slight Numbness in extremities. Good appetite.
Temp normal. BP a bit high 140/80 heart rate 68. Sleeping heart rate 41.
Should I go to the ER?
