I Have Fluid In My Ears. Got A Steroid Shot,

I have fluid in my ears. Got a steroid shot, have been taking augmenting for 5 days, and now taking prednisone. My question is that my right ear does not seem to be getting better and it is ringing and I cannot hear well out of that ear now. Is there anything I can do about all of this?
