I Have Fluid In My Ears Almost Everyday. It Makes

I have fluid in my ears almost everyday. It makes me dizzy all the time sometimes it drains but it still feels like it's in there. I have so much pressure under my ears and a lot of the times it's so bad that I can't do anything and I feel like my gonna to explode. What should I do?
