I Have Fluttering In My Chest...about Two Inches Lower Than

I have fluttering in my chest...about two inches lower than my throat and centered between shoulders. I have been sick with a sinus infection/cold. Started feeling better...but woke up today with a lot of drainage and coughing. Then I got this fluttering that started this afternoon. Could it be bronchitis setting in or something
