I Have Fluttery Feelings In My Upper Abdomen And Lower

I have fluttery feelings in my upper abdomen and lower chest. I have gas a lot and it's often difficult to pass. I get so bloated and uncomfortable that I feel like I'm going to have a heart attack. I'm a diabetic and I take metformin and glipizide. I also take metoprolol and enalapril for high blood pressure and lov astatine for cholesterol. I have nerve damage from the diabetes and I take gabapentin for that. I take I Car C Plus for anemia. Recently magnesium oxide was added.

My husband passed away in November of last year and I am having a difficult time dealing with that. I just started college for the first time. I am 54 years old.
