I Have Food That Gets Stuck In The Back Of

I have food that gets stuck in the back of my throat, had my tonsils out a year ago and noticed this feeling in my throat about 3 months later. Went back to ENT looked in my throat seen nothing, had Ct scan of my throat is was fine, had endoscopy it was good. This is slowly getting worse. Feels like my tongue is swelling also. Could this be from my tonsillectomy or some kind of allergy. Not sure what to do next. When I take medicine I can taste it because it can dissolve on the back of my throat. Already avoiding certain foods, popcorn and anything really soft seams to be bad. I am 53 years old. Open to suggestions of what to do next
