I Have, For About A Week Now, Had A Feeling

I have, for about a week now, had a feeling like I have a pill stuck in my throat. I can't cough or vibrate my throat enough to get it to go away. I just sneezed and a dark brown/dark grey very small round compact piece of gelatinous something flew out onto my arm. Should I be worried?
