I Have For The 3rd Time Recently Had Serious Bloating

I have for the 3rd time recently had serious bloating from my belly button to my breast and back stabbing pain in that same location towards bottom of the shoulder blades. I'm am miserable. It has eventually passed before but this time I just can't get comfortable.
