I Have Formed Some Small Red And Sore Lesions (approximately

I have formed some small red and sore lesions (approximately about 10 of them) within the past few days. I have also had an extremely sore throat small mile grade fever over the past week bit never over 100 degrees. The pain in on the sole of my foot right about where my heel pad begins and is so sore it feels like I cannot go weight bearing because of the pain. It is only on my right foot.
