I Have Found 2 Hard Lumps On My Cervix. I

I have found 2 hard lumps on my cervix. I had a pap smear only about 8 months ago and was all clear, in fact my doctor even commented how healthy my cervix looked. My sister has had treatment for HPV so I regularly check my cervix and have just found these two lumps. I have absolutely no other symptoms. My period are normal, my discharge is normal and I have experienced no pain or discomfort.
