I Have Found Ulcer Bulbe. Doctor Here Prescribed Me Some

I have found Ulcer bulbe. Doctor here prescribed me some kind of: Nexium 40mg, Debridat 100mg and Alugat. It was treated. But now I feel like it returns such as bloating, wind and nausea. I would appreciate if you can prescribe some kind of medicine for me. I used to have H.Pylori but well treated in the past few year. Recently, I had a blood test, the result showed there was no H.Pylori, (even in the stool) but my stomach is giving some kind of bloating and diarrhea or constipation for sometime. I am afraid using medicine without Doctor knowledge when can have any side effect. I would appreciate you answer Sir.
