I Have Found In The Past When Trying To Wear

I have found in the past when trying to wear any form of sunglasses, that it bothers my nose considerably, and creates a headache. Now that I have a mild prescription for glasses I am having the same issue, which makes it hard to adjust to wearing them at all. What can be recommended to help with that?
