I Have Found What Feels Like A Small Pimple Inside

I have found what feels like a small pimple inside the anus on the right side. I thoroughly wash the area every day. I had 2 seed implant surgeries for prostate cancer in August 2010 and have been cancer free since my radiation treatments 8 years ago. The pimple does not bother me or bleed.
