I Have Four Areas On My Left Leg On The

I have four areas on my left leg on the calf and and one that has began just above my left ankle. The begin with tingling under the skin for weeks or months and then slowly appears red and then makes a red spot. Does not itch just looks splotchy and ugly, I do take a lot of medication for bi-polar depression. Did not have them before
