I Have Four Bug Bites On My Right Foot At

I have four bug bites on my right foot at first they looked like mosquito bites but then over the course of the days one of them turned red and then like a reddish purple and the rest have now done the same they used to itch a lot but not very much anymore any idea on how to get rid of them?
