I Have Frequent Cramp In My Calf Muscle Which Can

I have frequent cramp in my calf muscle which can last up to a week or more at a time and makes walking very difficult. I was given Ibugel to rub into the muscle by my gp but it doesn't prevent the camp coming back. I'm 48 years old, female and have history of stroke and heart disease.
