I Have Frequent Uti Symptoms, And Often After Some Lab

I have frequent uti symptoms, and often after some lab tests i ,m told i have bladder spasms,so i take medicine daily for that.. with all the organs inthe abdomin, how do i know if my symptoms are from one of those. Ailments or ffrom ovaries or intestines orome thing else?
