I Have Fungal Infection On My Both Feet N Both

I have fungal infection on my both feet n both hands and have used dermovate cream and have tablet flucess. I have notice d little improvement, but the problem is the same . The iching is everyday, espcially when i wear differnt type of shoes. The iching is more. Since more than one month i am suffering of this problem. Please help.what better tablet can i take and what better cream can i used. Thank you
