I Have Gained 20-30 Lbs In The Last 6 Months.

I have gained 20-30 lbs in the last 6 months. I am being tested Mon & Tues night for sleep apnea, I recently was weaned off Lexapro 10mg daily and I have Hashimoto's Dz for which I take Levothyroxine 100 mcg daily. If I have sleep apnea and get a CPAP machine & get that under control, & I am off the Lexapro now do you think the weight will start coming off? I have never weighed this much. I am 58 y/o female.
