I Have Gastroparesis And Was Diagnosed A Couple Weeks Ago.

I have gastroparesis and was diagnosed a couple weeks ago. I just got off a week off a liquid only diet and slowly adding in my low residue diet. So far, doing ok. Really bloated and get full after 2-3 bites. In that time I lost 6 lbs. I look anorexic and very unhealthy. I wake every morning gagging and dry heaving. Sometimes vomiting. If this continues, what would be the next step? Feeding tubes? I can't keep losing weight like this and waking up every morning sick. And my sleep is horrible. Even though I'm taking Lunesta 3mg.
