I Have Gauges In My Ears And One Of Them

I have gauges in my ears and one of them started to bleed a little as if I stretched them too fast. I treated it and the bleeding stopped but then a lump formed behind my ear lobe right where the gauge is and its very sore and won't go away. How can I make this lump go away?
