I Have Genital Herpes And This Is My Second One

I have genital herpes and this is my second one that I ever had in 10 years; now it has resurface,to my skin where it's on my lips . Could you give me some advice on what too do to cover it up? I'm ashamed, and do not want my employer ', and coworkers to see it? Also, I am currently taking Oil Leave Extract for medicine for it.
