I Have Gentel Herpes. Only Very Minor Out Breaks And

I have gentel herpes. only very minor out breaks and never knew till I was not sexual for 6years It was a shock. Have never had anything but mild outbreak that was unnoticeable. I developed a major size swelling to the left and below my gentels. This looks more like a boil and appeared overnight. My question is could this be a herpe and can I spread it to my mouth and eyes by just touching it.I know during the night I was touching it as it was bothersome and not thinking probbly touched my face. Should I go to my OBGYN
