I have gerd. It is keeping me up at night. I hardly eat, but I'm not losing weight. I'm pretty good about avoiding the foods on the list, but my symptoms are much the same after three weeks. The rules I got from my ent say that I should only eat three meals a day. Lists on line say that I should eat every two hours. Will I feel better and lose more weight if I eat every two hours?
