I Have Gneneralized Anxiety And Depression Two Yesrs Post Stroke

I have gneneralized anxiety and depression two yesrs post stroke in my Ealy 50s. Taking Paxil, but it is not enough. Also hav ARDvpost stroke. Trying to hang onto my job is very stressful. My hard-won organizational skills are gone. Seeing a counselor for over a year, but it is not helping much, other than having someone to vent to. Considering seeing a psychiatrist. What do you think?
