I Have Gone To The ER Several Times With Diarrhea,

I have gone to the ER several times with diarrhea, right flank pain, and nausea. When I went to the ER this past Saturday I passed out while they were in the process of checking me into the ER. I am in extreme pain. All they keep telling me is I need to see my GI doctor. I started vomiting last night as well as running a low grade fever. My temperature was between 99.9 to 100. While I was in the ER my heart rate stayed between 48 to 50. My normal heart rate is 72. What should I do?
