I Have Got 8 Round Lesions With A Pin Point

I have got 8 round lesions with a pin point on each lesion. been 8 days now, and the lesions seems to fuse togather, but the pin center is still all there. left leg calf hurts, especially if its bend. feels slight itchy, but not bad. pins and needles discomfort comes and goes. Pain seems to be worse now. Can I take Valtrex? dosages. When can i expect the rash to decrease?
