I Have Got Mild Fullness Of The Renal Pelvis. No

I have got mild fullness of the renal pelvis. No one seems bothered. I've had leukocytes in urine for 3months. There was blood and protein but this comes and goes. I've had bouts of diarrhoea, dull ache in right back under rib cage. Cramp ( severe on a few occasions in stomach. Nausea is becoming worse help I'm 56. Went to barbados in March this year ended up with severe bleeding back passage. Came home this was as far as I no colitis. I've not been right since but colonoscopy shows nothing
